Developing the skills that fuel leaders in challenging times

Moving through the programme together, leaders will develop deeper relationships and connections, boosting their confidence but also providing the tools and space to work together effectively when times are tough.
 
The course focuses on building five core competencies, the building blocks for performance and impact:


A unique course structure that ensures learning is individual and embedded

The course is made up of a total of 14 group contact hours and four 1:1 hours for each participant, delivered over a period of six to nine months (according to your needs).Participants also complete a personal strengths assessment to learn more about their authentic leadership style and a resource workbook to download and use throughout the course.Learning is delivered across four modules:

Each module consists of:

  • A Knowledge Session to introduce key concepts and learning

  • A Group Coaching Session focused on the topic, encouraging reflection and practical application of learning.

  • 60 mins 1:1 coaching to focus on individual development

Who we are

Tori Jeffers

Tori has worked for a variety of not-for profit organisations. In particular, she has significant experience working across cultures, and leading global teams globally through challenging situations, periods of growth or change, and often remotely.Tori is a professional development coach with nearly 2000 hours of coaching experience across a range of sectors with both individuals and groups.

Ruth Richards

  • Postgraduate certificate in Business and Personal Coaching

  • Over 200 hours of coaching

  • Over 200 hours of facilitation experience

Ruth worked in the charity sector for over twenty years in senior leadership positions, including executive director. She has worked in small, medium and household-name charities, leading teams through complexity and change.Ruth now works as an executive coach, facilitator and consultant within the sector, focusing on harnessing the power of communication, collaboration and culture to deliver impact.She has delivered leadership development days for numerous charity clients, using her skills to create positive and forward looking group spaces where connections are deepened.Her approach is positive and down to earth, built on a deep understanding of leadership in the sector.

Kathleen Harkins - Consultant

  • Credentialed as ACC with the ICF

  • Change Management Practitioner with APMG

  • Mental Health First Aid Superviser Level 3 award

Kathleen brings an in-depth understanding of the challenges people face in organisations from a wealth of experience in people development across a range of sectors. Kathleen has a CIPD qualification in Training Design and Delivery and combines over 25 years' of experience in a learning and development environment, with a coaching approach.
