Looking for a leadership development programme with a difference? Our unique approach builds motivated, collaborative leaders who can thrive in challenging times. Leaders with the optimism and agency to deliver impact.Leaders that are driven by purpose.
This is a programme designed and delivered for leaders in charities and purpose driven organsiations, by people who’ve experienced the challenges themselves.
We start by building self-awareness, recognising that leaders who understand themselves are more decisive, work more collaboratively and motivate teams more effectively.
We focus on developing essential leadership skills, with a focus on communication, change and performance.
We create time and space to challenge beliefs and to learn from each other, ensuring a deeper learning experience and building deeper connections across the leadership team.
The programme is built around coaching methodology that develops the skills to respond in context, driving performance, motivation and impact.
Moving through the programme together, leaders will develop deeper relationships and connections, boosting their confidence but also providing the tools and space to work together effectively when times are tough.
